Omnia Education Partnerships (OEP), Finland, and 6 October Academy, Egypt, have signed a cooperation and partnerships agreement for offering Finnish TVET programs leading to Finnish diplomas in business, tourism services and information and communication technology. The programs are accredited by the Finnish National Agency for Education and recognized on an EU-level.

The curriculum and learning outcomes have been developed together with industry, and skills are assessed in authentic working environments. A diploma completed at Finnish standards is a guarantee of competence”, says Mervi Jansson, CEO of Omnia Education Partnerships.
Omnia Education Partnerships Oy (OEP), established in 2016, is the international consultancy and training arm of four Finnish organizations with outstanding expertise in education and training. OEP partners with ministries, NGOs, companies and colleges to design and implement learning programs for diverse needs, ranging from corporate training to TVET diploma programs and teacher professional development. OEP’s major shareholder Omnia, the Joint Authority of Education in the Espoo Region, has previously completed a two-year EU Twinning TVET development project in Egypt. OEP is a member of the International TVET Qualifications Quality Assurance committee of Finland, the Finnish Foreign and Education Ministries’ Education and Development Cooperation committee and a Finnish National Agency for Education selected teacher professional development provider in sustainable development goals.
6 October Academy for Vocational Training and Human Development is an Egyptian institutions licensed by the Ministry of Investment and the Ministry of Education that works in the field of professional vocational training in a number of areas, including information technology, business administration, tourism and hotels, journalism and media, construction and building and other professional fields needed by the local market and internationally. The Academy has a number of branches inside Egypt and one in the Emirates – Dubai. The first branches of the Academy were opened in 1999, Mansoura, Egypt.
