This training program is designed to equip the management and institutions with the knowledge and essential tools for success in the evolving landscape of technical and vocational education. The program draws upon the Finnish excellence and expertise in quality, competence-based vocational education and training, curriculum development and industry requirements, incorporating elements of environmental sustainability within VET practices.

Training program for Teachers on modern VET
This training program is developed during the Compete Egypt Erasmus´+ project and designed based on the experience and feedback from the pilot training implemented in September 2025.
The goal of the training program is to equip teachers, trainers and other staff in vocational education institutions with the essential tools and knowledge for success in the evolving landscape of technical and vocational education. The program draws upon the Finnish Vocational education excellence and expertise in quality, competence-based vocational education and training, curriculum development and industry requirements, incorporating elements of environmental sustainability within VET practices.
The developed Teacher training material includes self-study material for teachers and a teacher training manual designed to provide practical guidance and ideas for the Teacher trainers delivering the training the VET school teachers. Before utilizing the training manual, it is essential for the teacher trainers to study the Teacher training material.
