This framework provides a structured and comprehensive approach to strengthening quality assurance within Egyptian VET institutions by defining clear categories, areas, criteria, indicators, and ranking mechanisms for school evaluation and accreditation. It supports schools in moving from compliance-based quality control toward a culture of continuous improvement aligned with national priorities and relevant international reference models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the core of the framework is the School Quality Management System (SQMS) and its Digital Quality Management System (DQMS), which introduce data-driven monitoring, structured self-assessment, external verification, and transparent reporting mechanisms. The system covers key pillars including students, curriculum, infrastructure, human resources, and practical training in cooperation with industry partners. Through integrated digital tools for data collection, analysis, reporting, and governance, the framework enables evidence-based decision-making, accountability, and sustainable institutional development.
