The study seeks to explore various aspects, including the structure and governance of the VET systems, curriculum development, quality assurance, work-based learning, and the overall perceptions of VET. Conducted as part of the Compete Egypt project, the comparative study provided insights for setting of participants, development goals in the schools involved in the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Study report:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1R7etT-X-jmcMgKBDB7H0kPynhKeAKRvK\/view?usp=drive_link\"><strong>D2.1 EN Study on VET Systems Web<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comparative study on VET curricula in Egypt and Finland<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This comparative study aimed to examine the Finnish and Egyptian VET curricula and map the differences between the two systems. Conducted as part of the Compete Egypt project, the comparative study aims to provide insights that can inform the setting of development goals in the schools involved in the project. However, it is important to note that this research is only initial baseline research on the differences between Finnish and Egyptian curricula. The refinement of this comparative research will require discussions with and observation of Egyptian vocational schools on site and conducting ethnographic research.
