We are looking for a Coordinator: Project Administration and Finances to join our dynamic team. Are you a detail-oriented, organized professional with a strong background in international project administration? Do you have experience in working with Excel and managing the day-to-day operations of projects? If you are also a team player who enjoys coordinating events and office tasks, we’d love to hear from you.
In the coordinative role of Project Administration and Finances you will be responsible for the administrative management of projects, including financial tracking, reporting, and ensuring smooth coordination of day-to-day activities. Additionally, you will take on a variety of office coordination tasks, including organizing visits and events for international guests, all while maintaining a high level of precision.
Key Responsibilities:
● Project administration: Oversee project timelines, management of documentation, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
● Financial coordination: management of project finances, budgeting, track expenses, and financial reporting.
● Excel expertise: Maintain and update project data, perform analysis, and ensure accurate record-keeping using Excel.
● Event and visit coordination: Organize and manage events, meetings, and site visits for international project stakeholders.
● Office coordination: Manage office-related tasks, such as scheduling, organizing documentation, and supporting team activities.
● Collaboration: Work closely with and assist project managers, finance teams, customers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and operations.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in international project administration and finance-related tasks.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
● Experience in coordinating international events, meetings, and visits.
● Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
● Previous experience with EU Twinning projects is considered an advantage.
● Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
● Good proficiency in English and Finnish (both written and spoken).

The position is a fixed-term contract until 31.8.2027.
The estimated salary for the position for a qualifying person is €3,100–3,600 per month. In addition, we offer an extensive occupational health care package, wellbeing benefits, and team activities.
