Now, we are looking for a Senior Expert: Pedagogical Innovation and Digital Learning to join our team. If you have a passion for education innovation, digital learning, and curriculum development, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive change in global education development.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Expert: Pedagogical Innovation and Digital Learning, you will:
- Lead and contribute to international education development projects.
- Develop and implement innovative pedagogical models and learning solutions, incorporating digital tools and AI-driven methodologies.
- Manage diverse projects in education, digital learning, and curriculum innovation.
- Design and deliver training programs for educators and stakeholders worldwide.
- Act as an expert in teacher training, curriculum design, and educational technology.
- Represent OEP globally, collaborating with international organizations and partners.
- Travel occasionally for project-related meetings and training sessions.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have
- Master’s degree in education, pedagogy, instructional design, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in pedagogy, K-12 education, curriculum development, or digital learning.
- Expertise in educational technology, AI-powered learning solutions, and online learning design.
- Proven ability to design and implement digital learning programs.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience in delivering training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (Finnish and other languages are an advantage).
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for education transformation.
